Members of the public will be able to submit a written response to a chalk art entry of their choice - to enter participants will snap a picture of the chalk art with a written word response caption and tag for contest by using #litspark #odetochalkart1(with number corresponding to visual chosen). No winners - all entries will be streamed/shared on digital media.
